Flagpole Magazine - Athens, Ga
2002, 2003, 2004
Two featured paintings and a review.
″Her paintings are reminiscent of Gustav Klimt, with figures placed in front of stained glass patterns and pulsing globes of the sun in gold paint. Voogt′s affinity for Art Nouveaux can be seen in her repeated use of peacocks and fairies. In one painting, Voogt has created an assemblage by incorporating a wooden Chinese screen into the canvas.″ Art Notes-November 3, 2004
